At True Balance, we believe that you are the only one who can change YOU. Others can act as guides and help you find the solutions to your dilemmas, but only you can decide to change yourself.

At True Balance, we also believe that animals have the ability to help people change by helping people see a reflection of themselves in actions. Animals have no reason to hide reactions or feelings. Animals act instinctually, basically, and succinctly to get their needs met and their problems solved.

NEW WORKSHOP OPPORTUNITY!!!!

True Balance is hosting workshops and trainings for horse professionals and mental health professionals!  We will be offering a new Play Therapy and Horses class in August of 2012 AND it will be over a weekend! No need to take time off of work! 
 
True Balance has also teamed up withCE Adventure Travel to offer continueing education on a CRUISE SHIP!!! Combine your vacation and learning. Tax write offs may be possible. Consult your accountant.   
 Our first cruise in November of 2012 will offer 14 CEU's in childhood dysregulation and trauma. Come and learn new techniques and perspectives for diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention!  If, that is, you can keep your eyes off the ocean!
